Traque International Model Management was established in Toledo, Ohio in January of 1989 and relocated to Detroit in 1998 with great success. Traque is a full service agency currently representing approximately 300 models from ages 3 to 73. The selective group of talent represented by Traque allows for one-on-one attention setting us apart from our competition. Because of our commitment to individual attention, we know our talent personally and are able to effectively match them with our clients’ unique needs. As a full service agency, we offer a wide variety of ages, sizes, ethnicities and abilities available to fill requests for print, runway, promotion, convention, industrial, television, film and voiceover. We are also able to offer related services such and hair, make-up and clothing stylists, choreographers, set stylists and event planners.

One of Traque’s specialties is national and international model placement. Our models have graced the pages of magazines such as Details, Lucky, Seventeen, Cosmo Girl, Vogue, Mondo Uomo, Mademoiselle and GQ to name a few. Traque’s success stories can be seen in virtually all the top magazines or working in film, TV or stage. As Detroit’s only national and international model management agency, it’s Traque that clients call when in need of a high-fashion model as well as commercial print models and actors.


THE STAFF

Lynn Clark-Geiner, Owner and President of Traque, is a 1983 graduate of Buffalo State where she earned her degree in Music and Theatre. Shortly after graduating, Lynn worked with professional theatre companies in NY, Colorado and Ohio. Lynn later began teaching acting at an Ohio modeling school. It was there that she was inspired to open Traque. Within a year, Lynn was developing models for fashion markets in the US, Asia and Europe as well as finding agencies and managers for local actors in Los Angeles and New York. Over the years Lynn has scouted for agencies in London, Paris, Milan and NY. She currently works as the North American scout for Cinq Deux Un, one of the top beauty agencies in Tokyo, Japan. www.cdumodels.com

Mary Ballard, Traque’s Agency Director and Head Booker, has been with the agency since 1999 when her interest in modeling brought her to Lynn. After becoming one of Traque’s top runway models, Mary began working at the agency booking promotional work. With her experience as a model giving her an edge, she soon added print and runway clients to her roster. Within the next few years, Mary became the director of the agency- responsible for the marketing of the agency and it’s models as well as overseeing all bookings, castings and client/talent relations. With her education in Fine Art from Detroit’s College for Creative Studies, Mary utilizes her background creating marketing pieces as well as overseeing photo selection and comp card design. Mary has become instrumental in the development of models and actors for Detroit as well as the national and international markets.

Meghan York, Traque’s New Faces Director, recently joined the agency in 2006. Meghan attended Western Michigan University to pursue her major in Advertising and minor in Art. She later moved to Chicago where she graduated from the Illinois Institute of Art with a degree in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing. Her background in advertising and fashion has made Meghan an integral part of the agency with her understanding of the industry and eye for beauty. Usually the first person new models meet with when they join Traque, Meghan is responsible for assimilating them into the world of modeling as she guides them though the process of talent development, helping them to gain the experience and knowledge needed to succeed.
